Packing

Ugh, it's so hard to write, even though I have massive amounts of updates. Hopefully Thursday night (and maybe Friday night if I have internet at the hotel) will allow me to reflect upon the past two weeks. It's going to be hard to leave such a great city and awesome friends and family. Just a bit more time, though.

Packing is proving quite time consuming. Trying to rip almost every cd I own onto my hard drive. It's all a hot mess.

My time is totally filled from now until departure. It's tough to imagine how I'll finish packing, especially after getting so much done today. But I'm just relaxing, listening to Willie Nelson, and knowing that everything will be ok.

I said my first major good-bye tonight (to Big Mike and Ann). Things are weird. They were kind and nice, and I appreciate them more than I used to. It's nice to have moments to put stuff in perspective rather than just going through the grind blindly.

So, I'd imagine my ticker says that I have three more days until departure. Maybe less than that. I'm sure everything is going to be ok.
